KAPUSKASING — Helen Boucher, a pastor at the Victory Freedom Centre, is planning on fulfilling one of her lifetime dreams. She plans to go to Cambodia to help with the opening of the Not4Sale Safe House, a home designed to harbour victims of human trafficking.
